These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern all purchase transactions between GFavora (“we”, “us”, “our”) and individual customers (“you”, “your”) who purchase products from our official website. By placing an order on our website, you fully agree to accept and abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before completing any purchase.

1. Product Information & Description

We specialize in customized and ready-to-wear elegant wedding gowns, wedding long dresses, and formal evening gowns. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, pictures, sizes, colors, and craft details displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. Due to differences in computer screen resolution, lighting effects, and manual tailoring processes, slight color deviations and subtle detail differences may exist between the physical product and the online display images, which do not constitute product quality problems.
All dresses are designed for formal and ceremonial occasions. We reserve the right to update and optimize product styles, fabrics, and accessories without prior notice.

2. Order & Payment

When you place an order on our website, you confirm that all information you provide, including recipient name, contact information, shipping address, and size requirements, is true, accurate, and complete. You are solely responsible for any order errors caused by incorrect information you provided.
All payments shall be completed through the official payment channels supported by our website. All product prices are displayed in the corresponding settlement currency, and the prices do not include international shipping fees, tariffs, or other miscellaneous fees unless otherwise specified. Once the payment is successfully completed, your order will enter our production and processing queue. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of abnormal payment, fraudulent transactions, or suspected violation of these Terms.

3. Customization & Size Service

GFavora provides standard size selection and personalized custom-made services for wedding dresses and formal gowns. You can choose standard sizes according to our size chart or submit your personal body measurement data for exclusive customization. All custom-made products are tailored according to your individual requirements, which are unique and non-mass-produced.
Please confirm all size data and customization details carefully before submitting your order. We will strictly produce according to the confirmed information. Size problems caused by inaccurate measurement data provided by customers shall be borne by the customer.

4. Production & Shipping

Our dresses are mostly handmade, including cutting, sewing, embellishment, and ironing processes. The conventional production cycle for standard-size dresses is 7-15 business days, and the production cycle for custom-made dresses is 15-25 business days. The production time will be extended appropriately during peak seasons or holiday periods, and we will notify you of the progress in a timely manner.
After the product production is completed and inspected to be qualified, we will arrange international logistics delivery. The shipping time depends on the destination country, logistics mode, and local customs clearance efficiency. We are responsible for arranging formal shipping and providing tracking numbers, but we are not liable for delivery delays caused by customs inspection, force majeure, and other uncontrollable factors.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the particularity of wedding dresses and formal gowns, all custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after production is completed.
For standard-size in-stock products, you can apply for return or exchange within 7 days after receiving the goods, provided that the products are unused, unwashed, free of stains, scratches, damage, and retain all original tags, packaging, and accessories. Products that have been worn, altered, cleaned, or damaged artificially are not eligible for return or exchange.
Before returning goods, you need to contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. The freight generated by returns and exchanges shall be borne by the customer unless the product has confirmed quality problems.

6. Quality Inspection & After-sales Service

We implement strict quality inspection standards for all products to ensure that each dress meets our craftsmanship and quality requirements. If you receive a product with quality problems such as fabric defects, stitching errors, or missing accessories, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the goods and provide corresponding photos and videos for verification.
After our confirmation, we will provide free rework, replacement, or partial refund solutions according to the actual situation. We do not accept after-sales applications for damage and defects caused by artificial wearing, improper cleaning, and private modification.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to uncontrollable factors including but not limited to natural disasters, war, epidemic control, logistics suspension, customs policy changes, and other force majeure situations. We will actively communicate with customers, adjust the order progress, and provide reasonable solutions as far as possible.

8. Revision of Terms

GFavora reserves the right to revise and update these Terms of Purchase at any time without prior notice to customers. The updated terms will take effect immediately after being published on our official website. Your continued use of our website and purchase services after the terms update means that you accept the revised terms.
