  3. Conditions for an Elegant Return To ensure that every garment maintains its pristine magic for our community, all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and entirely unaltered. Garments must be returned in their original, immaculate condition, with all original tags attached and the original packaging intact.

  4. The Refund Processing Timeline (5-10 Days) Once your return package safely arrives back at our facility, our dedicated team will conduct a careful quality inspection. After the return is gracefully approved, your refund will be processed securely and swiftly within 5 to 10 days. The funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method in USD. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your financial institution to reflect the transaction on your statement.

  5. Shipping and Delivery Notes We are proud to offer global free shipping on all orders, with garments dispatched within 1 to 3 days and delivered within 6 to 12 days. Please be aware that while our outbound shipping to you is always completely free, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs when sending an item back for a refund, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

The fastest way to ensure you get the perfect piece is to return the original item for a refund, and subsequently place a new order for the desired item, which will once again ship to you absolutely free.
