This policy applies to all customers who purchase wedding gowns, wedding long dresses, and formal evening gowns from our platform. 1. General Payment Rules

All products displayed on the GFavora website are priced in accordance with international e-commerce standards. All listed product prices are exclusive of international shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other additional service fees unless otherwise specified on the product page. Customers shall be solely responsible for all extra fees incurred during international transactions.
All orders will only be confirmed and processed after full payment is successfully received and verified by our official system. We do not support cash on delivery, installment payment, or offline private transfer services. Any unofficial payment behavior is not recognized by our company, and we will not be responsible for any fund loss or order abnormality caused by private transactions.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

To ensure secure and efficient transactions, we support mainstream global online payment channels. Customers can complete payment through the official encrypted payment gateway on our website. 3. Order Verification & Payment Confirmation

In normal circumstances, the payment verification will be completed within 1–24 business hours. Once the payment is confirmed successfully, your order will be officially entered into the production or delivery queue.
In case of payment exceptions such as payment failure, fund deduction but unupdated order status, delayed bank settlement, or pending transaction review, please contact our customer service team in a timely manner with your order number and payment voucher for manual verification and processing. We will not be liable for order production delay caused by customers’ failure to feedback abnormal payment information in time.

4. Pricing & Currency Rules

The default settlement currency of our website is in line with international cross-border transaction standards. Customers can check the real-time displayed pricing currency on the order settlement page. For currency conversion generated by local bank payment, all conversion fees, handling fees, and exchange rate differences shall be borne by the customer.
GFavora reserves the right to adjust product prices without prior notice due to raw material price fluctuations, market adjustments, and activity updates. The final settlement price shall be subject to the amount displayed on the official settlement page at the time of order payment.

5. Fraud Prevention & Abnormal Payment Handling

We strictly comply with international anti-fraud and anti-money laundering regulations. Our system will automatically monitor all payment transactions. If there is any suspected fraudulent payment behavior, abnormal card swiping, unauthorized transaction, high-risk payment, or inconsistent order information and payment information, we have the right to freeze the order, suspend production and delivery, and conduct manual review.
For orders confirmed to have illegal or fraudulent payment behaviors, we reserve the right to cancel the order permanently, refuse subsequent service, and retain the right to pursue legal liabilities. Any losses caused by abnormal payments shall be borne by the customer.

6. Refund Relevant Payment Rules

All refunds will be returned through the original payment channel within the stipulated processing cycle after our official review and approval. The refund arrival time depends on the processing efficiency of your issuing bank or payment platform, which is usually 3–15 business days. We cannot intervene in the internal processing cycle of third-party financial institutions.
Any bank handling fees, currency conversion fees, and intermediate service fees generated during the refund process are non-refundable. The specific refund rules shall also comply with the Return & Exchange Policy and Terms of Purchase of our website.
It should be noted that custom-made dresses are non-refundable in principle after production starts, and the final refund eligibility is subject to our after-sales review result.
